About Me

My name is LaRae Sangster and I am a Diné stained glass artist originally from Holbrook, Arizona, now living in the Phoenix area. I am a self-taught artist who began working with stained glass in May of 2022, and by July of that same year I started sharing and selling my work.

Every piece I create is an original design inspired by the experiences and memories I grew up with. My work reflects the stories, places, and moments that shaped who I am. Through stained glass, I love being able to transform light into color and movement, creating pieces that feel alive when the light passes through them.

My hope is that my work brings a sense of home to those who see it, or sparks a memory that is meaningful to them. The love and support I have received has encouraged me to continue growing on this journey as a stained glass artist, and I am grateful to share my work with others.
